The connector on this monitor has been replaced to be compatible with more advanced Sony cameras and cannot be used with the Sony HXC-D70 camera.
It is now compatible with almost all Sony HDC cameras, including the HDC-950, HDC-1500, HDC-2500, and HDC-3400.
My last picture shows the monitor connected to a Sony HDC-1500 camera (the camera is not included in this auction).

The Sony DXF-C50WA, 5" LCD Color Viewfinder for HD System Cameras, allows you to view the picture and achieve sharp focus before recording shots. Equipped with an IPS-LCD panel, the viewfinder offers an ultra-wide viewing angle for more flexible viewing positions. Image magnification feature allows you to magnify the image vertically or horizontally, while Peaking Plus function enhances the edge of a picture by color, area selected, or both.
You can pre-select and assign various elements of the image such as brightness, contrast, peaking, and chroma levels to a switch or menu item. The 5" LCD Color Viewfinder is ideal for live shooting applications.
