This auction is for a custom-made Mitchell tripod adapter designed for use with various fluid heads. It is compatible with any Sachtler fluid head featuring a 150mm bowl, as well as Vinten Vector 70, 700, 75, 750, and 950 fluid heads with a 4-bolt base.
The adapter offers a more secure method of mounting expensive video equipment to a tripod by using a large screw, eliminating the need to rely on a single 3/8” small knob at the bottom.
It fits seamlessly on Mathews or Vinten HDT-1 and HDT-2 heavy-duty tripods, or any other heavy-duty tripod legs with a Mitchell flat base. Additionally, it serves as a direct replacement for the Vinten 3724-3 spider adapter.
